Canyon OS Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Canyon OS, an application operated by Canyon Outdoor Services. By accessing, authorizing, or using Canyon OS, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Canyon OS is a business application used to assist Canyon Outdoor Services with accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliation, tax preparation support, customer and vendor management, and other business administration activities.

Canyon OS may connect with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, when those connections are authorized.

Canyon OS may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized connection process. When authorized, Canyon OS may access information made available through QuickBooks, including customers, vendors, accounts, invoices, payments, expenses, purchases, deposits, bills, and financial reports.

Canyon OS does not require users to provide their QuickBooks password. Authorization to QuickBooks is handled through Intuit's secure authorization process.

Access to QuickBooks information will be used only for legitimate business purposes authorized by Canyon Outdoor Services.

You represent that you have the authority to authorize Canyon OS to access any QuickBooks company or other connected account you choose to connect.

Authorization may be revoked by disconnecting Canyon OS through the applicable connected service or by contacting Canyon Outdoor Services.

Information accessed through Canyon OS is handled in accordance with the Canyon Outdoor Services Privacy Policy.

Canyon Outdoor Services does not sell information obtained from QuickBooks Online through Canyon OS.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information processed through Canyon OS. However, no electronic system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Canyon OS may rely upon third-party platforms and services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and security practices.

Canyon Outdoor Services is not responsible for interruptions, changes, errors, or other issues caused by third-party services outside its control.

Canyon OS may not be used to access information without authorization, interfere with connected services, violate applicable laws or regulations, attempt to bypass security measures, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Canyon Outdoor Services may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue all or part of Canyon OS at any time. These Terms of Use may also be updated as the application or applicable requirements change.

Canyon OS is provided to support business administration and accounting workflows. Information produced or displayed through Canyon OS should be reviewed for accuracy before being relied upon for financial, tax, legal, or other important business decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Canyon Outdoor Services makes no guarantee that Canyon OS or any third-party service connected to it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Access to Canyon OS may be terminated or suspended at any time. Upon termination or disconnection, access to the applicable connected service will cease, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate business, accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
